Pomegranate Salsa


One of my favorite snacks to make is homemade salsa!

This Pomegranate Salsa is super simple to make and will take you less than 5 minutes!

My winter salsa recipe includes cilantro, jalapeño for a little heat (adjust it to your liking, but I love to leave all the seeds in), cumin, red onion, and a hint of lime.

It kind of looks a little bit like Christmas salsa with all the red and green, plus it tastes even better than it looks.

A quick and easy dish to bring to your Holiday Party!

INGREDIENTS

8 oz of Pomegranates

1 bunch of Cilantro chopped

1/2 of a Red Onion diced

Juice of 1 lime

1 Jalapeno diced

A pinch of Cumin

Season with Salt to taste

optional; add cubed Avocados

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop and dice all the ingredients.

Toss everything into one bowl, and mix up.

And serve with Pita Chips or Tortilla Chips.
